How long will it take to get my order?

Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 days. Our third party shipping company will then take 1-5 days for delivery.

Why isn’t my discount code/coupon being accepted?

There could be a few reasons your discount code isn’t working:

How do I process a return?

Please reach out to ***@aerevie.com and we can get this sorted for you right away! We will provide a shipping label for you to do the return, once we receive the products, a refund will be processed right away.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Once opened, the shelf life is 12 months.

Where should I store my Aere products?

For best results, we recommend storing our products in at room temperature and away from direct light.

Are your products fragrance free?

All of our products are free from synthetic fragrances however, we use very limited amounts of essential oils in our products!

Are all of your products recyclable?

Our outer packaging is made of cardboard and our containers are PET/PCR plastic which are all recycle.  The provided tweezers for our dissolvable sheets have a small plastic components which are not recyclable as of yet.
