Frustrated, I went looking for solutions to make this part of my travels effortless with the belief that the solution had to embody what my self-care products already offer.  They must be of lightweight, high quality, simple, natural, free of harmful ingredients, and eco-consciously packaged.  I searched high and low, and found nothing suitable so despite being a full-time doctor and being a single parent, the search became my side hustle and then my mission.  I was intent on finding a solution to this problem which I hear about all the time from friends and travelers I encounter around the world.
